Alpha Ink Records ("we", "us", "our") is a record label based in Gaborone · Botswana. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

We collect information only when you actively provide it to us — we do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels on this site.

When you use our Contact form, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• The subject/reason you select and the message you write
• An audio file, if you're submitting a demo

How we use it

Information submitted through the Contact form is sent directly to our label email and used solely to respond to your inquiry, booking request, or demo submission. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Demo submissions

If you submit a demo, the audio file and your contact details are reviewed by our team for the purpose of evaluating your submission. If we're not able to work with your submission, we'll retain it only as long as reasonably needed and you may request deletion at any time (see below).

Third-party services

We use the following services to run this site:

• Sanity.io — hosts our content (releases, artist/producer profiles, images, audio previews)
• Resend — delivers Contact form submissions to our email
• Cloudflare — hosts and serves this website
• Payhip — our external merchandise store; purchases made there are governed by Payhip's own privacy policy, not ours

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you've submitted to us by contacting us at alphainkrec@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
